Bellfort Apartments is a very peaceful and quiet place. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve enjoyed living here. A great place overall.

Been live here for long time since now and like quite a bit peace too. Like areas easy walking around stores and fast foods . People are friendly and helpful too but not all of them tho.

The blower for the AC UNIT barely blow air out of the vents. This is keeping my unit on all the time. I call the front office about it, and they said a lot of people are complaining about the same thing, but it's summer. Knowing that all needs a new blower.

How much is rent for two bedrooms? Also do they accept assistance from the Housing Authority? How much is the down deposit? Why don't apartments ever have this information on their websites?

Do not recommend this apartments at all they care more about parking then other stuff if u want to live here and have company be careful even been on visitors they will tow you they don’t respect office staff don’t help at all!

I have lived here for about two years and the property is really nice. I really love the fact they have security and he does a great job watching the area and is on point when checking people in at the gate.

I am interested in rented an apartment ...i have a felony over 14 years ago is that a problem there...
You will have a option for price of rent. The necessities, amenities,maybe apartment insurance include as for bills paid each month, that is what was offered during my occupied stay in that area at that time with them and it was a nice rental property for apartment complex with some of the amenities they did offer at the time in Houston,Texas...
I don't live there I live in Las Palmas Apartments but I do believe they have a patios I don't know nothing about the washer and dryer I think you have to go outside and use the washer and dryer in the apartment complex
