It makes me sad to write this, but DO NOT move here. I honestly loved living here and never had any issues at all until this past year. Management has changed three times since the move and the current management is by far the worst. All the negative reviews are true. The only great things about this apartment are being able to walk to H-E-B and the location of the apartment complex. My boyfriend had two trucks stolen out of the apartment garage within a two month period (with another truck being stolen in between, so three trucks within two months). I understand that there’s been an uptick in crime all over the city, but management only decided to up the security and finally upgrade the video system after five cars were stolen (that we know of). Cameras didn’t work and management did everything in their power to avoid this question or not admit they didn’t work. You need to have an appointment to speak with the property director or you will be turned away. Not entirely sure why you’re in this industry when you don’t seem to like communicating with any of the residents. Anyways, gates are always broken so anyone can access the apartment if they want to, cars are getting stolen or broken into, constant yelling in the hallways, packages being stolen, bikes stolen, plants stolen off resident’s patios, someone pulled the fire alarm not too long ago, indecent exposure by the same person twice (not sure if he was a resident), maintenance requests being ignored and the list goes on. Best thing I did this year was get out of my lease early and leave the premises. There are so many great apartment complexes popping up around the area, you’re better off looking elsewhere.

Pros - Good pool and gym - Great central location and overall very safe - Convenient HEB next door - Very fast maintenance Cons - Slow to make community maintenance (i.e. garage gates, gym equipment, gym thermostat) - Packages are often stolen if you do not get them immediately - Rather thin walls, but not unbearable - Some of the most overkill and ridiculous speed bumps I have ever seen. They are really unnecessary and should be removed or reduced I have lived here for 2 years and the management has changed 3x. The new management seems to be doing a decent job, but had a lot of cleaning up to do from the previous, very bad management. My biggest pro would be it's a great location and safety while my biggest con would be the package system makes it very easy for things to be stolen.

#Old tenant Alert #Scamming After almost two years apartment community gave an amount of 150$ to collection agency for a cleaning fee after vacating after which collection agency is damaging my credit report very hard. After my stay deposit was not returned saying apartment had damages which is not true for my knowledge (pictures was asked to show damage which was not given) and above the deposit money now community wants 150$ after almost two years through collection agency & damaging credit report which is totally unfair and unethical way of scamming...… Residents be aware and cautious

Location gets 5 stars but security, time property management take to fix and deal with problems get 2 stars which is such a shame for a property in this location
