Hello all, I here to review to complex because I used this to move to the apartment here this year. The review seems good. However, it’s not trustful. They don’t have Amazon lockers, people steal your package, everyone’s package regularly. You do have to send to Amazon lockers at Whole Foods, for example which is the closest. Nonetheless, not every store have this option to pickup easily. Also, there are reports of cars breaking, although I was luck nothing still happened, but every day I came to my car afraid of something might have happen, horrible this feeling. Homeless people easily get inside, although the staff says that there is security around, I barely see then, and thing still keep happening. Just doesn’t worth any “good” price ( which is not) Move to a safe place, that’s all. The location is really nice, however the issues prevail.

Update. Leasing staff is great. Car hit multiple times over 4. Homeless and suspicious people within the community at different times. Lackluster security. Car rambled through. Package theft is a norm and there has been no solution. I’ve had a leak twice in my apartment. Expressed desire to go to another community. No assist from leader in the name of consistency. However, willing to make adjustments for another fee. I’m appalled. Can’t wait to move at this point. Additionally, I’m a long term customer. Leadership picks and chooses what and who they can flexible with.

Love this place! The leasing office is so helpful and friendly! The grounds are clean and kept nice. The apartments are clean and kept in great condition. The maintenance team are friendly and work hard. Camden Midtown is a great place to live!
