This is the worst situation. For a check in. The lobby of full of people. The staff has no information on availability of rooms. Some people sitting here have been waiting for 11.5 hrs already. I am having cardiac failure. My legs are swollen 3 times the normal size. My leggs are so swollen that fluid is leaking from my poors the wrong way from inside to out. My wife is crying. And asking for a table or an extra chair to elevate my leggs. The nurse just told her that other people are waiting longer and she just needed to wait They may have the best heart surgery teams here. But unless you. An reach them it is a useless place

Love Dr. Soma Jyothula and his lung team. Tiffany Johnson, NP RN is awesome. When you reach the level of care that requires a Pulmonologist in critical care medicine, it's such a relief to know you have placed your health in his hands. Everyone is so very kind and courteous! Most everything a patient will need is all in that building, excluding covid testing. That's so convenient!

I have never experienced unprofessionalism like this I’m scheduled for an abalation and they have me sitting in lobby with the people waiting for the significant others to come out of surgery. I have been sitting here 2hours and not in room yet. A manager came out to say they need to reschedule me because they thought I left when I actually did what the nurse said and that was to sit out here and wait! Horribly mistreated
