We have had our vehicles damaged 4 times since we lived here and 3 times just this year - 2022. Two catalytic converters and two window break-ins. Management has told us that they increased security since the last break-ins last week, and I just read that another car was stolen and more break-ins since they said they increased security. Camden doesn't care at all. The staff constantly changes. Not a single person is the same from when we moved here in 8/2020. I don't recommend anyone move here.

Do not move here if you value your vehicle. The responses you see from the complex are just not true. Increasing security has only happened 1 time and that was due to the murder of a little girl and that only lasted for a few weeks. Then it changed right back and the crime came right back as well. They do not have security every day. And when they do they do not patrol, they sit in their vehicle and watch the gate for anyone going in and out. My vehicles have been targeted 4 times. My fault for signing a second lease but we will be leaving as soon as it is up if not sooner

The office does not take packages unless it was accidentally left at the mailboxes outside. You must be home for packages if left at your door you may have it stolen. It's very wise to use an Amazon Box for pickup at Waugh location is the nearest for Camden Heights Apartments. Or have your packages sent to your office. Receiving packages is very poor here.
