I love it the manager is awesome the apartments are nice and is a great locations but what I most like is that they treat you like family !!!.

When I first came here 5 months ago I met a wonderful lady! The manager of the apartments .She and the staff make sure property is clean, work orders are done immediately and she also feeds the older people here sometimes. It’s peaceful , she communicates with us through out the day and friendly! I like it here! Nice apartments and clean and roomy!

Donavon village never has a manager that is rarely on the property or in the office I can't take care of my apartment bsns with no one here to listen to my concerns and they don't honor veterans
