The property looks great. Definitely sets itself apart from it’s surroundings. Good management makes a difference and you all prioritize amazingly well for as many projects you have accomplished.

ROACHES. ROACHES, ROACHES. My rent is 1200 a month to deal with ROACHES. I've been in a hotel since I signed my lease Because of the LARGE infestation. I go everyday and spray and it has not gotten better. There's about 300 dead roaches DAILY. Affecting my health and mental health. DO NOT MOVE IN. Neighbors flash guns and my other neighbor is Crack head. My door does not shut all the way so night bugs come in through there as well as well as me hearing everything that happens outside because there's nothing to block the sounds from outside.

I've lived here for over 2 years. It has always been affordable. The apartments have been renovated inside and out. No roaches or other undesirable creatures. Our management team has been here a little over one year and they are best ever. Maintenance is on top of everything. Nothing stays broken over 1 day if parts are available. During the recent ice storm they delivered cases of water to each apartment. They care about their residents. No hanging out in the parking lot. Very clean grounds. If you want affordable and comfortable these apartments are for you.

Hi Giss, Yes, the apartments are equipped for washer and dryer connections. Thank you, The Alara Apartments
Normally he has to go with them directly to the office because the calls hardly come in and as soon as I moved in and that's how it was.
As far as i know you would have to go through a leasing agency or contact the main corporate
