Everyone is quick to post a single bad incident so I just wanted to say thank you to our manger and there staff including maintenance Office staff is more then just that they are not only professional but also awesome they are are willing and ready to help you with any issue the best way they can there kind and consideret they actually care about there residents I know this on a personal experience manger before were rude and didn't even care about my mailbox being damage sabatage and broken in amongst other issues however this is very important when renting a place to live is how your lanlord handles and responds to you when situations and circumstances occur otherwise it's a red Flagg if how your new home can quickly become bad situation also maintenance was training another employer and he was great he told him how many times to knock be before entering another apartment how loud to knock and how to announce his name more than once when he does into the unit very very important also they do their job in a very timely manner some jobs are more important than others has air condition refrigeration and stoves so sometimes those things will come first before other minor ones you're always in a timely manner taking care of when it comes to maintenance issues that's all I have to say thank you San Angelo staff you guys are awesome

We once use to live there once upon a time .A few people that was there at the time Jennifer Joyce Manager Monique. My wife and I lived in back on November 26,2016 to the end of November 2018 we lived a one bedroom it was a beautiful property on the outside. But it was a dump on the inside. We would been better off with a 2 bedroom because the 2 bedroom was nice we love the area near higley and baseline. When we moved we never looked back . Just like this you tuber Corey Wayne say walk and never look back. Why go back to the past.

This place is horrible, every time they have a decent staff they treat them horribly just like they do all the residents and this runs them off . Appliances don’t work, slow to replace anything, no idea how to complete mold remediation, the lady in the office acts like she’s the Grand Poobah I’m supprised nobody has sued them yet. Extremely inconsistent

My daughter lives here and I have to agree with Elaine Lee. It's pretty trashy, they have two pools and one doesn't work, the other pool gets really dirty and they don't clean it very often. When you try and ask the maintenance driving around in their little carts they drive off as if they didn't see you. My daughter's overhead kitchen light went out, she called to have it fixed and they charged her $19.99 for the light. Everywhere I have ever lived they replaced it for free. My daughter has a few more months left on her lease and then she is gone. So beware, do not rent from this place!!!

Yes
It's a low-income community so you have to qualify based on your income. I doubt they're eviction friendly but call them to check.
