Worst possible apt complex in Columbus. A trailer park without wheels, one inadaquate ( by 50%) heatingAC unit leading to multiple space heaters an $300 a month electric bills, raising rates to 900+$/mo rent. Just enacted water submetering apartments ( A MINIMUM 10% INCREASE IN MONTHLY WATER BILL). Business run on ledger books ( mafia style) with no business network, maintenance work order system, or online rent pay. Money order or check(?) THIS PLACE is simply a money grab for the absentee koshar owners in Boca Raton Buyer beware....i rented a single famile house a few blocks outside the ghetto for $11 LESS a month than at apple core Buyer beware

It started off great when I first moved here, but now it’s just like I can’t wait for my lease is up it might just be me. There’s always cops back here for whatever reason and I just don’t feel safe here anymore. Moreover, if you’re looking for a cheap first apartment then by all means this is the place but it’s just not for me.

This place is a real joke, so due to the Covid epidemic, you have to drop your rent through the mail slot, so my son did that on the first of the month, so they wait 11 days to inform him that they did not receive his rent, it’s been said that the maintenance department has used money orders for rent, to buy supplies, and they say they did not receive your rent. And Lisa The leasing manager is a very rude rude individual!!! I would live on the streets before I would go to this place.

No there were no zero tolerance policy it's so bad that I had family come over to visit and they swore up and down that I was running drugs in and out, it was just my sister and my cousin that came to visit me and apple run a corporate people I thought that I was running drugs and then now they're complex which it which is not true but you know that just shows how ignorant they are

Apple run apartments does not have a pool that is woodbrook apartment complex over next door that has the pool
