Roamed around the store trying to make sense of getting my fiance a suit for a good 30 minutes before finally getting an employees attention. She was very rude and short addressing our questions and acted bothered that we needed help. The overall appearance of the store was very dirty and the fitting rooms were worse with pins all over the floor. Rushed us out of the store instead of being helpful even though we still needed shoes and a belt to go with everything. Will never be going to Men’s Warehouse again.

I came in to get a new suite and shoes. I was measured, picked a suite on Monday that needed to be tailored for pick up Thursday for wedding on Friday! I picked up my $700 suite Thursday and didn’t try it on (BIG MISTAKE) at 1:30pm Friday as I’m getting ready for a wedding at 4 my pants were about 2-3inches to short showing damn near to the top of my socks. Called this store furious and all they said is bring it back in. I lived closer to Kissimmee store. So I went into Kissimmee store and showed them what happened their response was “yea Millenia messes up all the time” Kissimmee ended up fixing it best they could and I made the wedding… THERES MORE!! Once I got to the wedding and put on my jacket WELLLLLLL what do you know about 1-2 inches cut to short!! Ended up not even wearing the jacket. Unbelievable!!!!!!
