You can tell they really don’t care about the players at all just the cash. Pre ordered saints row with hopes I’d be able to play it the night before like always but they said they are no longer doing the early release. There goes my night off to play. I’ll def just order from Microsoft directly next time. GameStop has been butt honestly since covid.

They do carry them but call ahead to make sure they have one in stock
It's possible to get the Series S or X, but you have to check in regularly due to Limited Supply they don't last long...
