Thé worst service ever from A manager leader he said his name was Ernie. I was trying to purchase an Xbox for my grandson’s birthday GameStop from this store said FREE next day delivery. I have this on my receipt but Ernie the manager says no and it’s my job to call their delivery service DoorDash and find out why the packages aren’t being picked up from his store. I would like to cancel my order because I’ve been on the phone ALL DAY! Now they say they can’t cancel the order because it shows shipped. And of course no one at the Millenia Plaza, Orlando FL will pick up. I guess they have a lovely job just gaming the day away. Please don’t buy anything from here save yourself !
