Everything is clean and well maintained. It's a very small gym, but there's a little bit of everything, even a barbell area. When I was here, it wasn't crowded at all.

The staff is good but there are 3 things really make no sense:1. If you cancel your membership you need to do it >30 days before, or say you can't just cancel for the next month; 2. If you were late by only 5 mins, which is pretty normal here due to the traffic and lack of parking spaces, you lose your session; 3. the $120 monitoring watch is a industrial garbage (from a hardware engineer's perspective), the cost might be less than $10 but could not even sense the heart rate correctly.

Scam! Stay away! First month free is a scam! They do marketing campaigns saying that the first month is free. The catch is you need to buy an new heart rate monitor with $120+ from them. I had one from friend and they told its free only if I buy a new device! Such a waste of natural resources in the name of business and addition of plastics! In the name of fitness, destroying the planet with additional waste just to make money out of it. Intro class was average. Trainer can’t really check your posture as there are so many people. I’d rather suggest a personal trainer with fewer classes customized for individuals.

Hi, I was a member of Orange theory. I paid for my classes for that month, Due to pandemic, the facility was closed. We moved out from that area. From then, I am behind them to refund my money. It’s been 2 whole years and I have not received refund.i contacted them through Multiple phone calls and emails, every time they promised to revert the money to my card in 24 hours. Big time liars. Totally disappointed with them.

Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.
