I have to give this place 5 stars not only because I am a delivery driver for Napa but because of all the hard work I know each and every employee does to guarantee you your part will be there when expected. If they do not have it they will get it there from another store within a day. These people are friendly as well as good spirited hard working individuals. That's why Napa is your GO to store for parts. Napa Know How...Highly recommend shopping here.

Very disappointing experience with this Napa store. My car battery died and I had no way of driving to the store, so I bought a new battery for home delivery. The next day I unexpectedly got an order cancellation email. I had to call the store, and they informed me they only deliver to home owners. If you live in an apartment they refuse to deliver. I had included delivery instructions so that I can meet the courier in front of the apt building at the street address, but they refused. It would have been nice if they had let me know this instead of blindly cancelling my order and leaving me stranded.Very disappointed, definitely won't be doing any business with Napa in the future.

This Napa auto parts location is the best. Napa provides a lot of auto repair shops there parts. So when you go there you get quality service and part's. My go to for auto parts.

90% of the time, you can undo it by hand, maybe with a rubber band around the end of the filter to make it grippier. Otherwise you can get an "oil filter wrench" to guarantee you can remove the filter.

No Rafa, maybe you can order them from a catalog but generally it is better to go to the Dealer where you can buy original parts, it still depends on the year of the car etc.
