I was at the ER for today, I had so much pain in my tight, I couldn’t walk, move, vent, sit or lay down. They took me to the room, 20 minutes after I arrived. I waited for an hour and no one came to check on me. The only person that came was a lady to told me about my how much was my copayment. I was very upset about the customer service there. I ended up going back home and take a pill and the pain when away. This is a service that were all paying for and is not for free and we deserve to be treated better. And if they need more doctors they should hire them that’s why we pay.

Should be 0 but no option. They should change the name of emergency room to OPD.Even OPD is faster than that.Only come when you can wait for 5-6 hour for an emergency situation. Not even one visitor is allowed. Worst experience ever with an emergency room. They don't inform you on progress and situation of patient so send your patient with a mobile phone.Not going to renew my plan next year.

Do not go here if you’re expecting quick turnaround. Amid a sickle cell crisis, I had to wait for over 4 hours, just to be seen. They also only allow one visitor. Complete incompetence by the Emergency Dept. Staff and I recommend anyone needing Emergency care drive down the road to the Good Samaritan instead.

Arrived on Nov 11th 2020 around 7.30 pm with bad stomach ache and left at 12am without being fully screened and seen by the doctor. During this time they have only got a simple blood test, no ultrasound screening was performed... And there were not so many patients in the waiting room, but some of them were screaming with tears because of the pain and still they had to wait for 3 hours! So, we've wasted 4.5 hours and went to another ER, since Kaiser doesn't seem to accept emergency patients today. Terrible experience, will definitely cancel my Kaiser plan for the next year.
