What n Earth is wrong with this facility? 3:30pm-6pm or 9pm-9:30pm to pick up packages they refuse to deliver to your door? And a rude employee (Robyn) to boot. Shut this facility down and start over.

The customer service center manager Emma is extremely rude and lacks all customer service skills. They forgot to add the address change before they sent it out on the truck. They marked the wrong address at 6 pm I called at 6:15 to catch the driver. The customer service center marked the notice as urgent and told me the center would call me back in an hour. Well an hour and a half goes by and they still didn’t call so I called back and then she called and argued with me about the address change and hung up on me. The supervisor said to come pick it up by 9pm. I drove down to the customer service center at 8:45pm. The gate was closed and there was employees smoking outside. I had to call the customer service back again to be let inside to receive my package. Serious hassle. No wonder why Amazon is killing the business! Ups will never get my business ever.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I placed my order from Amazon May 28, 2020 promised 2 day shippment, well today is 6/22/2020 and no package. I have call their 800 number customer several times and was given the run around. I have paid a visit to the UPS Customer Center and was told my package was out for delivery, that was Saturday, again did not happen. The guy behind the computer told me to be patience, patience since May 28,2020. UPS has the worst customer service in the shipping industry. UPS MUST DO A BETTER JOB. Oh, did I mention this was an anniversay gift for 26 years of marriage. So the moral of this story, if at all possible, DO NOT USE UPS FOR YOUR SHIPPING/DELIVERY NEEDS. There are several others shippers.

Ups was supposed to deliver my package and knock on the door for me to sign. Keep in mind I was home at the time. No knock, or any other attempts to see if we were home. They left and didn’t leave a note that they were there either. Now I’m required to drive 30 mins out of my way to go pick up my packages at nearly 10pm within a 30 min window. I never thought it would be so hard to have an item shipped with UPS. Sticking with USPS from now on!
