Update: I called back and got another employee to help me, sent them the file directly and they printed it correctly. Changed from 1 start to 3 stars, still would not use the online ordering I would bring the file with you or email to them to avoid this hassle. Do not print online and send it here, they printed the file incorrectly, just double checked and my file was resized on their end and when they wanted to change it back to the correct size it distorted it even more and then would not refund since I paid online.

Looked up their hours and had to leave a review once I noticed the bad ones. The staff here provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I've printed resumes, homework, and larger jobs (like posters), and the product is lovely. For some reason, I've been stressed more than once walking through those doors (flipping at home printers always fail me!) but the staff is consistently patient and helpful. Thank you!

I went in today to buy an envelope for sending photos and I was incredibly pleased! Although they didn’t have the exact size I was looking for, the cashier Melina directed me to other envelopes of a similar size, explaining that they are a smaller store with less inventory than other FedEx offices. Melina was friendly and very helpful during my visit!

I've come here to pick up photos printed before and they always have them ready. Im usually helped by a lovely woman but today Sterling said he will not print the photos and have them ready, instead I have to go in person and get them printed in person. This wouldn't be a problem but I threw my back out and I am using crutches and I was going to have the Uber driver run in and pick the pictures up for me. Sterling wouldn't help and said the Uber driver would have to have the email I sent wait for the pictures to print because he will not get them ready for pick up. He told me this service is not offered even though I've use this service multiple times at this location and informed him of my disability.

I always call the store to get an up-to-date quote. The staff is friendly and helpful at this store.
