3 stars for typical wait time and 5 stars for the gals TRYING to help customers, when running with a skeleton crew. It's really not the employee's fault. The 1 gal, named Leu or Liu? [Nice Asian gal] is very good, as is the other gal who is also of Asian decent. The big guy who had to sit down on a stool a lot was helpful too. I don't know. I have mixed feelings about this place. There are some new employee's, so holding my breath. We'll see. They just implemented a ($3?) surcharge just to get a .50 shipping label printed out. Ugh The UPS Store does the same at $4, but that's why I chose not to do ANY business w them. *hint hint* Fed Ex. You two aren't the only game in town. 😉

Associates have no interest in helping people on the floor and request that you get in line multiple times for the same printer issue in order for someone to even speak to you. Have printed to the email address hours in advance to be told that my documents didn’t print and to stand in line again. They had a really good employee named Shelly who worked there but I am unsure if she works there anymore. She used to help customers and pay attention to people on the floor. Seems like they only care about big accounts and shipping, less about students & older individuals needing quick prints. I probably spent well over $1k coming here the last 5 years but think it’s time I just buy a printer already. They charge .17 plus TAX to print one sheet, then price gauge you at the counter to print on their fancy paper because your pdf file is too big. Had one younger associate price at $32 and then the manager took over & I then owed $42 for the same number of pages. No special pricing rate for students or those who are frequent printers there. They’re a rip off for poor customer service, take your business elsewhere..& you can also avoid seeing people shoot up heroine outside the window by their planters.

Sounds about right the store itself has absolutely 0 Customer Service and actually are quite rude and offensive. What I can say is the Regional Manager is accommodating and attentive, he was available after hours and rectified the horrible situation they created although I lost over an hour of my valuable time, embarrassed, and stressed. Not worth the $2 print job being free!!!!
