Stopped by to pick-up some flyers that my wife had ordered on-line and to have some special promotion cards modified and printed. Sam assisted me and was very helpful and went out of her way to help make the changes needed. She made the cards smaller to fit in the envelopes and best of all was able to get it all done within about 30 minutes so I wouldn’t have to come back. This is one of the larger centers I have been in. There was space to work, copiers to use on your own, various paper supplies as well as a nice selection of snacks! I will be back.

I want to give this 5 stars. And a more honest rating would be a 4.7/5, so maybe I'm being harsh by taking a star. They offer great services at great prices if you are paying with a card. Paying with cash will cost you extra, and the helpfulness of the management varies from visit to visit. But if you're just going in to make copies or print something on your own, it's great

I Had an unpleasant experience at the FedEx store mainly with a manager! He was not helpful at all and gave me no options on how to make a card with photos on it in writing. Being older I’m not very savvy with this type of thing and he was zero helpful. He had a cold personality and was pushing off help to me to others. The computer froze several times and I finally just left and went to Staples on sunrise. Which is where I got tremendous help and much kindness.

I think they do . This shop it's so wonderful they resolved an issue I had with Walmart and FedEx what a pain but the clerk was on the telephone dealt with both FedEx and Walmart until I was refunded. The Lost item Walmart has 31 days before they tell you they received an item back FedEx has 30 days before they destroy an item that is unclaimed therefore I was not even aware my item was sitting somewhere in FedEx because Walmart has a 31-day to tell and FedEx has 30 days to destroy! Thank goodness I was refunded my $326 from the destroyed item.
