I can't tell who's working at this location, this person looks like a bum working here, no Ups uniform anywhere in her. Hair was wacked, no makeup, breat smelled bad, all was just bad. Before this new management, service was great NOW its, JUST HORRIBLE. Their always on their phones or talking to one another about customer, right in front of other clients. I'LL JUST HAVE UPS PICK UP MY PACKAGES THEN DEALING WITH THESE CLOWS AT THIS LOCATION. I will mention that there is a younger kind that been there for ever he dose an excellent job, every time, there was a older woman she did a great job as well but looks like she no longer there.. PLEASE BRING BACK THE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE INSTED OF THIS NEW UNTRAINED PEOPLE.
