I enjoy this mail center located nearby, however, on my last package drop off, I asked for tracking once I noticed the receipt didn't have it. The associate told me that I needed to request that beforehand. I don't understand why nowadays return tracking isn't standard and why I was not asked if I wanted it. The associate made no effort to give me a tracking number. I'm praying my returns get delivered...smh. I may give them a try again because there's usually a long wait at the Post Office, but I'll def take Fed Ex and UPS directly to their respective stores.

My dad and I have used their package drop off services for free for the last 8 years. Not a single hiccup. If you have everything packaged up with the label on you’re in and out in 30 seconds. If you don’t have a box or label they can provide them for cheap. Highly recommend

This was my third visit at that store same guy over there, One of the employee very unprofessional disrespectful and rude behavior with customers, but store Is good in our neighborhood for all mail services.
