I walked out before getting ripped off!! Had the atv service and when I did I asked him to check it out there’s anything wrong with it let me know. They did their service I picked up the ATV some time had went by but I only wrote it for five hours. Oil and fluids still look fresh. I decided to go up there to see about buying a new ATV. They checked my ATV out for a trade-in. they come back with a huge list of things that are wrong with it and they say it needs to be serviced again. I immediately walked out. this dealership will rip you off. Why didn’t the service department to catch all these issues before. Imagine they just did it and give me a lowball offer on my ATv. I hate the games at the dealerships play. With some of the items on the list I felt like The quad needed some attention yes but it was a used Atv. They put on their list it needed new tires the tires are fine and I’m sure they would not put new tires on it just resale it. They offered me $1000 for the ATV Where a fair trade-in would be $2500-$3000. It’s just the fact that I caught Service and sales department being dishonest. JD power estimates a rough trade in at 2850. For my quad.

Awesome & friendly staff! Update I can't say enough great things about this service department. I had a motorcycle which I had bought 2nd hand from an individual, not this dealership but I was treated as if I had bought every motorcycle in my life from them. Anyway, they worked with Yamaha to repair my issue under warranty and the motorcycle is running better than when I bought it. There were some issues getting the parts because of COVID and getting parts from Japan but they always kept me in the loop as to what was going on and took extra good care of my motorcycle while it was in their shop. Highly recommend this dealership & service department. A+A+A+

I have AAA service for me
As of May 2019: They require 2 years of experience as a motorcycle operator as well as a full M endorsement on your license (no learner's permit). Not so great if you are a newer rider with less experience...
