Great selection and nicely displayed. I found a great couch. I heard the sales people were high pressure but Tyrell listened to what I wanted, showed some possibilities and then let me browse by myself. When I found something I liked but thought was too big for my space, he showed me how I could get fewer pieces so it would fit. He was friendly and helpful.

Brian did a fantastic job helping us find a couch! He was perfectly present and good about hanging back, which I feel is the best combo for a furniture sales person! Don’t want them right on top of you, but you want them close by for answering questions! Brian was awesome for that reason! He was knowledgeable and helpful and just delightful! Definitely find him if you go to this store! Let him help you find your dream furniture, because he can!

I went to Rooms To Go in Durham on 04-7-2022 and was welcomed with in very Professional Manner by a Product specialist Michele Delaney. She was very Understanding and knowledgeable, Her way of finding out my needs of Living room furniture was highly professional and directed me to exactly the kind of furniture I was looking for . The store Manager also came out to meet in a very professional way. I am very pleased with the professionalism and customer care by all the staff and especially Michele Delaney my sales specialist. I would highly recommend my friends and family to go see her for their Furniture needs.

My experience at Rooms To Go in Durham was just what I hoped for. I was greeted immediately upon entering by Diane Kyle-Smith. She asked me if she could help me and what I might be looking for and I explain to her exactly what I was looking for. She showed me around the to pieces she felt would meets my requirements and she was spot on. I found the exact furniture piece that I was looking for and then decided to take it a step further and look at mattresses. Diane was able to explain the differences in the mattresses and showed me exactly what I was looking for! Her helpful advice and explanation of how beneficial the adjustable frame could be for me again was spot on. I was SOLD! The best thing about Diane is her patience allowing me to take my time not making me feel rushed and not being pushy she’s an awesome sales person I highly recommend you work with her if you go there.
