I have been looking for a sofa for more than 6 months. Due to the pandemic, just about every store has items back ordered for several weeks (Ashley is the worst of them all). I found Kimbrell's via a google search yesterday, found a sofa I liked, and the sofa got delivered the same day. After been told for months that I wouldn't get my sofa for 12 to 20 weeks, this was a win for me. Rodney and Gary contributed greatly to this fast turnaround, they both provided excellent service! Thank you!! They almost lost the sale because of one of their Admins called Rosemary, she has no sense of customer service nor does she understand what it means to support a sales team. Just ignore her like I did, and deal with the men in the store, they're so much easier to work with. I would also highly recommend you do your research on prices before you commit to making a purchase at Kimbrell's or any other furniture store, otherwise, you might end up paying more than you need to. Don't be afraid to negotiate (be reasonable though lol) or see if they would compete, and price match with other vendors. I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Went in to purchase a bedroom set at 550 pm, knew what I wanted, had the money (didn’t need any financing). The rude salesperson asked me to leave, she was ready to go home and didn’t want to be bothered. Purchased my bedroom from Babcock.

Bobbie was wonderful. She was very straight forward and quick with knowledge of the product and the application process. We were in and out in a timely manner. We will definitely be returning for our future furniture purchases!

I don’t always take the time to write a review but my experience each time I visit Kimbrell’s in Durham deserves recognition. From the moment you walk in the store, it is clean, the furniture is placed nicely and the staff is very welcoming. Someone greets you within seconds of arriving and they will take the time to come over to ask if you need any assistance. So often I visit other furniture stores and can’t even get someone to say hello let alone come over and ask how they can help. I appreciate the days of good customer service and Kimbrell’s is just that! Greg is one of the best managers and his staff are all great! The furniture is always delivered on time and someone takes the time to put it together. There are lots of great options there in the store. It truly is one of the best shopping experiences. Great job Kimbrell’s!

Well it depends. If you are doing in-store financing you can either pay over the phone or go directly to the store. If you did any of the 3rd Party financing options your payments should be coming directly out of your checking account.
Yes they sell them. Your monthly payment amount is deciphered by which financing option you choose to do, how long you want your contract to be, and how much you’re willing to put down as a down payment. **keep in mind: the more money you put down the lower your payments will be**
