I ran across two Apple Air Computers labeled “not working, will not come on”, from an agency that was going out of business and sure enough, they didn’t. Took them to the Computer Doctor who had them running like new in two days. He’s the best. If you need your computer fixed, take it to him, you will not be disappointed.

High-quality, fast service! The owner had both great technical skills and people skills. He fixed my water damaged laptop in about a week. The battery is much shorter, but what can you expect from dropping a cup of liquid on an electronic? At least it still works! Would recommend!

I was in a bind with a MacBook that wouldn't turn on just before leaving for an out of town work event on Sunday. Robert was able to fit me in and worked on my laptop the Saturday before I had to leave. He got it up and running and kept me updated on his diagnostics and what needed to be done. He was also friendly and great to work with. Would definitely visit him again for any laptop repairs and upgrades!

All I can say about Robert is, he is the BEST in class. He replaced a screen on my 2021 Lenovo Carbon Laptop. Geek Squad told me, the screen is non serviceable and I would need to buy a new computer. I came back home not knowing where to turn or what to do. Called my Daughter and she told me about The Real Computer Doctor. She told me that had a wonderful repair experience with him. Robert was aboveboard on every little detail of the repair. He told me he charges flat rates on all repairs. I liked that, because he didn't try to lock me in to a yearly repair plan or some crazy hourly rate, like most shops are doing. The screen repair/replacement took 1 day. He has earned my business from here on. Robert REALLY knows computers, and to top it off his prices are great!!!!
