Party City got an update! I was very pleasantly surprised when I recently visited. The store is bright and clean with fresh stock being put out. The employees were super friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure I was assisted and went to the back to get what I needed when I didn't find it immediately on the shelves. A delightful experience primarily because of the great customer service! I will definitely be back. 😊

They didn't have much. My cards were all declined because of an issue with the register. Paid cash. However, all my cards were charged. They couldn't give me a receipt because of their system issues, now they won't give me money back. Have spend more time on the phone trying to get my money back than anything else. Avoid this place.

Honestly this store is not the same. I use to work there. They close early due to no employee's. You can't order online for delivery. They website say they don't have it but go in store it's there. They need a lot of help. I'm giving 2 stars because of most of my experiences there. But I do thank the young woman for doing my balloons even though she was say a hour wait.

I was able to get all of my decorations for my Daughter's recent birthday party here, I went with Moana theme cuz my daughter is basically Moana. Lol. Had a great party, decorations really set the mood!
