My car battery died unexpectedly and Carmedix just happened to be the closest auto repair shop I could find after getting a jumpstart, but I’m glad I stumbled across them! They were really friendly on the phone when I called a few minutes ahead, and once I arrived someone was available to check me in immediately. I ended up needing my battery replaced and requested a full inspection, but I was still in and out of there in just over an hour. The service was great, and I appreciated the detailed feedback and quotes they provided for additional maintenance concerns. I will definitely be going back for anything else I need in the future!

Would i go here again? No. Was the service good? Yeah, nothing outstanding but all i needed was an oil change. Did they try to sell me something other than what I came in for? Yes. Was i satisfied? No. Was the service completed in a reasonable amount of time? I had an 8am appointment and they told me when i got there that it would be 60-90 minutes. That’s ridiculous for an oil change, especially for an early morning appointment. It took them about 45 minutes which is better than 60 but still a lot longer than i expected. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was that i had the $40 first time oil change coupon from their website but apparently it doesn’t cover taxes and fees so in total i had to pay about 15% more than i expected for an oil change that took longer than i expected.

So I want to be totally fair here. This is not a 3 star rating because of the work, I feel its just okay because of the service and price. First, the work was good, I think they did a good job on my brakes and car. However, I have a question about appointments? Do they prioritize people who make appointments first? or do walk-ins get same treatment as appointments? Also, I won't bash them too much for the timing part, because Jeff told me that HALF of the technicians and staff were out sick today, and it was a Monday after all so that's sorta understandable. But the pricing is kind of what puts me to question it. The brake pads and rotors are adequately priced I guess, and same with the brake fluid replacement, but seriously 78 dollars for a lug nut and bolt replacement? But hey I'm not a mechanic and maybe because of inflation and the economy that's what you gotta charge people. But overall, solid work, timing was okay even though Jeff told me 1.5-2 hours at 9:50am and I was there until 1:05pm, and pricing kind of okay..... So I guess I MIGHT use them again hence the 3 stars but maybe I'll shop around too for other shops.

They repaired my AC in a fast and affordable way! Compared to other mechanics, they gave a much lower rate which saved my budget. I really appreciate them. They have professional diagnostic skills and warmest service, including free uber drive and phone charging. It was my first time to go there and I will definitely choose them again in the future.
