The best experience you could ask for. Used gear is priced very competitively and the customer service was fantastic. I purchased a guitar online and it shipped the same day. It arrived exactly as described, with a very nice set-up prepared and packaged very well for shipping. I was pleasantly surprised to find all the Gibson case candy tucked in the pocket of the case which was certainly not expected on a (barely) used guitar. Zak followed up with me after receipt to make sure everything was as expected. The entire process was friendly, quick, easy and painless. I can not think of anything that could have made me happier with an online purchase.

They do carry some Fuchs merchandise. I'm not sure they are an authorized dealer or repair center. Your best bet would be to call them. They are open for business tomorrow 12/31/18.
They have a great guitar tech on staff that does anything from setups to complete rebuild jobs.
