Her name is SUE and stated she is the manager of the ceres location. Her co-worker who had her back instead of calming the situation down was Carol. Today 4/22/22 My 3 children went in today to find my kids some pants. My oldest (13) was irritating My 4 year old, like siblings do. However when my 4 year old wined the cashier screamed at him "hey! Don't do that, we have had a long day" the whole store heard and my son was scared. I was embarrassed and furious at the same time. How dare she scream at my 4 year old for acting like a 4 year old!! I preceded to explain how rude that was when the other worker came up to have her co-workers back. Now I was being double teamed and told to leave the store. I then asked for a manager and the same cashier said rudely 'I am the manager!" Horible service. If you have kids they will make you feel like garbage. Worst experience I've ever had at a hope chest and will NOT be going back.
