These folks genuinely care about their customers, endeavor to find the best possible solution for your issue, and charge you next to nothing. It's difficult to imagine how such magnificent service can also be so affordable, but I'm guessing that they are in high demand due to these remarkable qualities that offsets the price they charge. Keep up the great work and thank you for the quick turnaround in repairing my laptop's bottom panel!

Walking in hoping to get my lap top fixed. Within minutes he told me my lap top wouldn’t make it. He gave me great advice. I would definitely come back in the future. Thank you so much!

I panicked when my external hard drive stopped working. I took it in today when they opened and they had it fixed quickly and painlessly within a half hour. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and I won’t take my computer issues anywhere else now. LOVE THEM!!!!

Went in to have a non charging laptop diagnosed. Communication was very clear and prompt. They ended up not being able to fix it, and I appreciate that they didn't mislead or do unnecessary work that wouldn't have helped. Very reasonable price.

Questions & Answers

I've got a Dell XPS 8940 computer of recent vintage. It appears that my headphone plugin is deceased. Do you make that kind of repair and, if so, what problems could arise in making that repair- e.g., supply line problems. Thanks, Cheers

We don't, sorry!

Just a curious question since I saw pictures of vintage computers, do you sell them? Because I would love to pop in if I'm ever in the area and buy one or two of them I saw in pictures.

Yes. We would test your computer upon arrival to confirm proper operation prior to swapping in, installing and testing your new GPU.

You will want to give the guys at the shop a call to give them more specifics. There's no way to provide a quote with any accuracy this way. Their number is 919 - 314 - 3327. They'll look forward to hearing from you.

Is there someone in your organization who would be willing to speak at our club meeting? We are mostly retired and would like to hear about common computer problems and how to fix; or what recommendations for backup etc. 20 minutes + questions.

Hello, Do I need to make an appointment or walk ins are okay? I would like to have my laptop repaired, it is running slow and pop up messages on the screen about viruses. So, it must be infected, but I don't know how to remove those things.
