I called ahead to confirm they could install a new battery on my Infiniti Q50 Hybrid Sport, which requires an AGM battery and complicated trunk install. Chris, the General Manager was very helpful in providing the part availability and install time frame for the same day when I first called. When I arrived, and after a short wait due to the popularity of the store, Jon the General Manager in training installed my new battery without delay. Despite having to remove several trim pieces from the trunk along with a reinforcement bar, Jon was over the top helpful and more than willing to tackle the job, while even balancing another customer, who was waiting for him specifically, since he is ASE certified and speaks multiple languages. Jon and I had an engaging conversation about car technology while he installed my new battery. Despite it being a tricky install, he was pleasant and professional during the whole process. It may have been tricky for me, but it was a piece of cake for Jon. I will make sure to spread the word to my friends that Jon is the go-to guy for auto parts. I really appreciate the excellent service he provided. Thank you to Jon, Chris, and his team for an A+ experience!

I received very good customer service from this location. The female manager( I didn't get her name) was very customer friendly. She made sure the outcome of a situation was to my satisfaction. I would definitely do business with this store again👍.

I went in the store to pick up a part I had ordered and was met by a man, I was told his name was Craig, behind the counter. He said I needed to put on a mask and I told him I can't ware one and he just waved me off and walked to the back of the store. The was another customer at the counter who had his mask around his neck and was being waited on. I guess because he wasn't the same ethnicity as me that made a difference. I was eventually assisted by another employee. If I could give this store a ZERO I would. I will never patronize THIS store again!
