They are nice and do good work but I was charged $610 to replace the brake pads on two wheels. No other work done on my car. I've had my car worked on enough in the past to know no way on God's green Earth that service should cost $610.

Staff is informative and friendly. They were overloaded when I showed up for my appointment but that didn’t keep them from offering me constant updates, preventative concerns, and great attitudes. I spoke to both the front desk guy (Steve?) and the mechanic working to replace my front brake pads and rotors. Both took the time to make sure I understood what was up with my vehicle, how long I had to attend to issues, and what I should expect and look out for from the work they were doing. 10/10 would come back. Top notch Firestone franchise location! (If I had any complaint it could only be how cold they kept the waiting room🥶🥶)

I come to this store every time for wheel balancing and alignment. I got new tires and erroneously booked an appointment for wheel balancing for later date amidst a busy weekend. James Williams was kind enough to understand my situation and helped me get my car done early the same day and also ensured that I get all required services. We need more people like James who are customer oriented, ask customers the needed questions ahead of time and leave no bad surprises later. 5/5 for this store for people like James.

Came here for NC State Inspection and failed, the whole staff is and was rude. My car failed due to the fact that I asked why my car was lifted too high and it had never been lifted that high in the past, the guy Andrew Squier walked around trying to find something wrong with my car in which nothing was wrong with it. The store associates were rude so I had to be just as rude back needless to say I toke my car somewhere else and the person did the same thing and it passed without no problem. Please don’t take your car here they are full of $&!t so is the manager and district manager and I will never bring my vehicle to another Firestone location ever again. Fair warning take your car elsewhere.
