Store is a bit cramped but was able to get my passport photo without any trouble. They also have a wide range of shipping services and packing supplies. They also have copying services. Convenient location although parking was really busy in the middle of the day.

Packaging Express is by far the best in Durham, the employees all have excellent customer service skills, the owner (September) she's the best!!! Always so helpful to me and my husband.

Visited the place for document verification. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The verification was quick and efficient.

Really efficient and organized service. We needed some documents to be notarized in a very specific way and they were easily able to accommodate with forms they had on file ready to go. The rates we got here for UPS shipping was the same as directly from UPS would have been, and they simplified the process so much. Additionally, they have many things that are great little gift items. We were surprised and impressed with the service and offerings here and won't be likely to go to the UPS store in the future when we can just come here instead.
