Terrible service as always. They delayed my shipment one day and fail to tell you until the end of the day. Now today, when I NEED the package, they put it on the wrong truck, wait until 2:30 PM to notify me and say I cannot pick it up. Fedex is the only delivery company I have issues with. Not to mention last year they left our $1200 item in the box halfway up our gravel driveway in the rain. Fedex, you guys never fail to let me down. Thanks.

Driver was attempted delivery but he mentioned we are not available at home though we are at home. I m not sure so I was here to collect the package. The person who are desk is cooperative and he understand my concern and hand over the package to me. Over all nice but driver should wait until we open the door if he knock my door.

I understand why the reviews are exactly what they a free 2 day shipping that came from Miss. Is now in Durham on a truck that I still did not receive I took time off work and just to wait for the" guarantee" of receiving it and still has not arrived no call backs no nothing just rudeness...if they were waiting on a costly package I wonder how they would feel
