Vocational rehabilitation is an agency that works with disabled individuals to help them find employment. We are not and employment agency.

why do the people there take sooo long just to respond back to you when you call back? like when they have an update on helping the person find a job.

I think it's because they have several clients and when their case load (several clients) is heavy they've alot of people to deal with.
