They locked an innocent guy in prison for 23 years. Then the guy won a $6mil judgement against the city, but the city is refusing to pay. 6 million bucks for 23 years in prison is not a whole lot. Just pay up.

I moved to NC from Boston,MA My experience with the water company was the worst I've ever had. After registering with the so called one call service, I woke up today with no water. I was told there was no service for the elderly, no record of my one call sign up and assorted payments if I couldn't come up with a letter of credit from my old utilities stating I had paid in timely fashion for a year. This was awful and no promise of service today. Not at all sure I have made the right decision in moving here. I understand the low ratings for the water company.

Well just moved here from NY and it was a pleasure speaking with a very helpful agent that could not have been nicer. Answered all my questions and even spent time assisting me with scheduling a special garbage pickup.
