Could not disagree w/Mr. Phillips more. We have been using State Farm for DECADES (house & several cars) through this agency (before Ashley took over even) and service has always been fantastic...both Ashley and her staff locally, as well as State Farm corporate. It's a big machine and navigating it takes some patience and expertise...you can trust Ashley completely with this task. I get the frustration, but assigning the blame here is inappropriate.

I originally was working with Dana, but am leaving a review with Ashley as I also worked with her. I was quoted a price for my auto and renters insurance, only to be sucked into a bait and switch, as my bill was raised $40 from my original quote. This was despite accurately disclosing previous accident history. Based on the dishonesty from Dana, I transferred to Ashley. Despite giving the same information, and requesting the same coverage, Ashley gave me a price quote $10 higher than my original quote with Charlotte. I was afraid that I would be sucked into another bait and switch and get a surprise bill again. Given that I now knew that State Farm wasn’t an honest company. I requested cancellation of my policy. Despite receiving mail from State Farm that my policy was canceled and that my refund is on the way, they haven’t refunded me. It’s now been almost a month since I requested a refund and still nothing. Ashley insists that it was my fault, as I didn’t provide them with a correct address. Yet, State Farm had mailed me confirmation of my policy being cancelled, and saying that my check was on the way. Quite frankly, don’t expect good service with Ashley or State Farm. She refuses to take any accountability on the mistakes that have been made. She provided me no explanation on why I was surprised with a bill that was $40 higher, and no information on why her quote was higher than a previous State Farm agent. Stay far far away
