UPDATE: We paid these people over 47 thousand for repairs...the truck is STILL not right! The new motor is blowing black smoke all the time and only getting about 4 miles to the gallon!! With current fuel prices...you can imagine how this is affecting us. For the first time we are able to get our truck back to the area to get them to look at what the problem might be but unfortunately due to a long delivery stop and bad traffic, cant get there before they close on a Friday. Even though they have someone on call 24/7 the manager is unwilling to have someone look at it after close today on Friday or over the weekend. We lost a load to try to get back here to get them to look at it because getting 4 miles to the gal is killing us. But these guys could care less. It doesnt affect their pocketbook. No one seems to care about customers anymore....just about $$. Will NEVER recommend them!! This place has had our truck for 3 months...3 MONTHS...and all we get for them is the run-around and excuses. Kevin Farmer, the Operations Manager, completely unprofessional. You would think professionals would know how to correctly order parts...apparently not. Kevin thinks it is appropriate to just laugh and say "Sorry" while blaming the other guy. Then with a snarky smirk and attitude says, "Your truck is right out there but I dont think you will be able to get very far if you drive it out of here now." How is this person an Operations Manager?? This is our only truck, we are a one truck Owner Operator....have been down for 4 months and Western Branch has had the truck for 3 of those. Kevin doesnt care...he gets his paycheck either way. BE WARNED! Do not take your truck to these people!!!!!

Spoke with Kevin Farmer when driver was smelling diesel in the truck. He said he had the part and could get my truck out in 3 hours. Gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work. He then tells me the he can't get the part and will have to wait till the shops open next day. He said he will have it done before noon. He kept making one excuse after another. Then, he asked a newbie to work on the truck, which took 5 hours, charged me full price. A week later, I had paid another shop to fix the poor job that was done under his supervision. Total Highway robbery. Please, if you are passing by, just keep passing by this place. No integrity AT ALL.

Everything at Western Branch was beyond expectations the staff was wonderful the service was great and the price was reasonable very glad I took my RV there!!
