This is a review about Danny P. who was working in the hardware section on 9/22 at 10:00a. I asked him to help me finding a set screw 10-32 x 0.19 as well as the matching Allen key I would need. I showed him a printout of what I wanted. He was very fresh and said he did not know what it was and stated he could not help me. When pressed, he asserted he had no idea what it was and that screws and tools were coming in a large variety of sizes. I asked him if someone else could assist me and he said no. It's too bad because in the last 6 months I have purchased in that very store multiple plumbing fixtures, a granite countertop, a few big appliances and so on. I was always treated with care. Danny P. should learn from his colleagues and maybe have a chat with his store manager about his attitude. I went to Lowes and got what I needed.

The Home Depot is always been a decent store to deal with regardless of where the location is they have fairly decent Lumber and competitive prices they say they'll beat anybody's price you probably have to ask on some things

I recommend you go to Lowe's because at home Depot there is never employed around to help last time I was there six employees were just standing around in front talking why waited at least 20 minutes waiting for an employee to come by so I can ask for help I really highly recommend Lowe's
