We’ve been trying to turn on our water since the 6th, calls are and emails are unanswered we tried to get it going online can’t do that. I have a disabled mother who needs water with meds and everything still no luck with it

Their notification system is for bills by mailhorrendously sub par and before you know it they cut the water off no disconnection notice was ever received or is mostly my error bit if yhe bills are delayed or never received that has to be fixed in a co structure way.

Most of the people you talk to on the phone do not give a shxt about anyone or any of your problems. There’s one girl who is so rude whenever you talk to her, and has an attitude about everything.. the customer service is the worst, no one is understanding, and if you call at 5:01 to pay a reinstatement fee bc your water gets cut off and you have an infant, they will tell you you called to late.. you guys are the worst 👍🏼

Yes, they are open.
You should always keep your customer number or account number on hand with any bill in question. This may sound harsh to you but it's common sense really. If you have a smartphone you can store the info your notes app. I personally have a little notebook where I keep important numbers as well as account info.
If you call and pay the same day as the cut off, you will usually be reconnected the same day, or the next.
Call the Virginia Western Water Authority do it tell you how to get water
That would be a question for the Customer Service Department to answer. There is a number on your water bill and on the website.
Call the number on your bill, it while say the emergency number
Several options are open to the public. The office downtown takes payments, the website has payment options on it, drop boxes are located on Church Ave, 601 Jefferson Street, and in front of the Roanoke county municipal building. An automated phone payment system also allows you to make payments. Mailing a check or money order to PO Box 24006 is also a good option for people who can wait on the post office to deliver it. DO NOT pay at stores that offer to pay utility bills. They are not authorized to take the payments. It could be days before the water Authority receives the money. You can always call the customer service number during business hours for any questions or concerns at 540.853.5700
