Did Kroger pick up for weekly groceries. Using website was easy, very self explanatory. Used "on my way" in app to notify, and "checked in" upon arrival, giving my parking spot number. Waited a little under 15 minutes for associate to arrive with my order, a little longer than typical. There were no substitutions, as all my order was in stock. Friendly associate loaded my trunk, but could not tell me my order total, stating I would get an email. Upon unpacking groceries, I noted that the ground turkey and sour cream use by dates were rather short, coming up within a few days. 9/22/22 The store was clean and shelves were organized. Found $1 discount produce and beautiful flowers discounted to 75 cents! (See photo) There were many pick up employees shopping in the store and all were attentive to their large carts possibly blocking aisles, and allowed customers to pass. All encountered smiled and were friendly. A good short shopping experience. Updated to 5 stars today! 9/26/22 Shopped on a Monday and was surprised to see bare shelves in several areas, especially produce. Maybe the produce truck had not arrived yet, as this store is usually so fully stocked and immaculate in this area. (See photos) All else was good, with ample and helpful staff, lots of open registers, and clean store. The outdoor seasonal flowers and pumpkin/gourd displays were festive and interesting!

Both of the Krogers in the Cave Spring area are almost always poorly stocked at various times of day. Pro tip: depending on which way you're coming from, go to the furthest Kroger first, since they're only 0.3 miles from each other. That way if the first one is out of stock you can try the other one on the way home.

I normally shop here and spend a considerable amount every month. Within the last 5 months they are constantly out of what I am looking for which makes me have to drive to cave spring corners. Cave spring usually has what I am looking for so I will be switching to them as my normal store to shop at for now on.
