I have been their customer for many years. What the heck has happened to this company? Miserable service. Failure to return calls. Ignoring concerns. God help me if I ever had an actual claim! Going to change companies. This is ridiculous Update: March 10. To be fair to the agency, I wanted to post this update. After more than four months of terrible customer service, failure to fix their problem, etc....I finally was able to get something done. My thanks to Ms. Sanchez who met with me personally, spent an hour resolving issues, and made things right. I am disgusted that I never received a phone call from Debbie Leonard herself. I hope somebody figures out that there are major performance issues in the group. Otherwise, they might as well close their doors. The voice answering machine needs to be OFF during business hours. Not good, folks! Not good at all. Thank you, Ms Sanchez! March, 2022. Second Update. More problems with the agency. We finally had enough, cancelled with State Farm and switched to another company entirely. If you are thinking of using this agency, my advice is RUN the other way........
