One of the drivers of their vans nearly rear ended me when I was stopped at a red light but instead they swerved around me and proceeded to run the red light. Almost hitting a pedestrian who was about to cross the street in the process. Funny when I looked them up and saw their reviews weren’t great already. Wouldn’t trust them to transport any of my loved ones around with the way I witness them to be driving. 4/6/22 5:20pm gorman st license plate HV-8263

Horrible place. Replaced my mom's insurance and was unable to get it back in place when we disenrolled, AS THEY ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO. These people sent my mom home on the bus with her pants wide open, diaper showing, shirt tucked into diaper, WET diaper, blood sugar at 408 (she's diabetic), and the list goes on. Now, they area being rude and unresponsive for the most part. Have made a complaint to Dept of Insurance, Medicare, the Attorney General, WRAL 5 On Your Side, & legal counsel is on deck.

Set at Mom's watched elderly lady get on bus almost fall... no one helped her.. to busy talking. Mom said they do that often.

This organization is a great program for seniors. My personal experience has been nothing short of spectacular with staff that attentive and caring.
