Home Depot is terrible if you want to buy an appliance delivered and installed. Had a front washer and dryer set with bases delivered to the house a week ago and they only delivered the dryer and one base because the washer and the other base had damage. Installers caught that, Great! They failed to install the dryer at that time though and they said a new washer would come in a couple days. They left the dryer and base in two different pieces in our house. Home depot notified us and told us a new washer and base was coming in a weeks time.....Flash forward to today where the bring and install the washing machine but they refused to touch the dryer because it was not on their lists. I can understand if they are contractors and were only getting paid for the washer but Home depot should have relayed that a dryer still needed a hookup. We got it hooked up ourselves using the instructions but experience overall was very annoying and I would suggest not using them in the future as if something goes wrong they take forever to get back to you.
