Disappointment complex have too many problems they have mold in the apartment the property manager is very rude when you talk to them about what is going on in your unit with the mole no one want to listen I have been on the news I ain't got the councilman involved the East Baton Rouge please people do not move in Spanish arm's.

It's some of the residents that is trifling and lazy! You suppose to put furniture,mattress,headboards! Big things in front of the complex! The residents will put it by the dumpster! Blocking the trash people to empty trash! So they will not empty trash if it's block by furniture! It's the residents who throw trash and other things on the ground! It's some of the residents the problem!
