I have lived there for many years.i like my apartment. Mrs Tina that work in the office is very nice and love help others and she always have a smile on her face. She always there to help people.

1. Fake google pictures, in person their complex is run down, broken down, & dirty... 2. The apartment gate is broken. 3. Really rude assistant manager, the smallest questions seemed to make her angry and produce an attitude. 4. The apartment which was supposedly clean and ready was dirty and smelled terrible. 5. They require you to pay with money orders in 2022. All in all, the rent is on the cheaper side.. for a reason,, and those reasons are not good. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The apartments are not bad. they are pretty cozy but small. the property needs some fixing. maybe rebuild the basketball court and build a small playground for the kids. but its not bad. neighborhood is quiet. I just do not like that they don't accept pets. with all this space especially in the court yard you would think they would be okay with allowing pets so they can run around and play. however, overall its a pretty decent place, and for the rent? even better.

My air went out in my apartment, I called the front office and Ms.Tina had options right a way to either check on unit or have a window unit put in. maintenance was there in minutes to check on the air unit and had the situation worked out!!
