Poor management over parking policies. Make you drive around with a label of where you live on the back of your car in Baton Rouge. Will tow residents cars on gamedays without even checking license plate because they don’t have a log of residents plate #s like they should, management is lazy and won’t do anything. Don’t live here

I gave this place one stars. Contacted the office twice about the girl upstairs and the noise she keeps up when I am sleep. Either the floor is too thin or she is walking too hard. My doors are constantly shaking when she is walking. They did nothing about it. They only support you if you are apart of LSU. It can be 11:00pm at night and the girl upstairs is constantly moving her furniture. I am trying to sleep at night, and I should not have to deal with this. The office stated that they would send someone to check on the flooring between our apartment but never did. This place is not worth the amount money you spend. The garage parking sucks. You are constantly trying to make sure that you don't hit anyone. People's furniture trucks are always in the way. You constantly have to back up for them. If you are looking for a place to live, don't be fooled. This place is a disaster waiting to happen!

The staff is INCREDIBLE! I have been dealing with Karli and Tabitha and these two are a pleasure to talk to. Informative and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate. Management companies are typically a pain in the butt to deal with (I should know, I own one) but these two really made my experience a pleasure. If any of the staff is looking to relocate to Illinois please let me know! Thank you so much!!
