Save your money and find somewhere else to move. From leaks, Mold, to ceilings caving in, air conditioning issues...this is the last place you would want to move. All that going on and you still have to pay rent! I want to be comfortable in my living space. Oven isnt working so i cant bake, have a washer and dryer but cant use the dryer because the socket is blown. Can't properly sit and take a bath in the tub because the paint in the bottom scrapes your legs and knees. I forgot to mention the amount of cockroaches that we've had to kill when my ceiling in my kitchen was exposed for over a month! The list goes on and on. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau. All of my neighbors complaining about the same issues. Something has to be done.

I’m really not a person that rants about anything but in my 2 months I have been here it has been nothing but problems. Dont get me wrong, staff is nice and pleasant but being a tenant here has been my worst experience. i recently had a newborn baby in March of 2022 and I moved here but since I have been living here, my air has been going out WEEKLY. If it is “fixed” monday, its out again by Friday every week so im in my home with my newborn in 80+ degree temperatures!! The lease states that air is not an emergency but it is when you have a newborn baby!! The tub has not been resurfaced correctly, You can feel where they painted the inside of the tub, the wall in the tub has cracked tiles and they painted right over it. On top of all this, my toilet runs all night. Good thing i don't have a water bill!!!!Light switches dont work, bulbs didnt even last a month that they gave me. & ive seen roaches come in when the neighbors moved out. i called and was supposedly added to the “complaint list” but i havent seen a pest control person yet!!! All i can say is, the pictures on their website of the inside of the apartments are not the same. please dont waste your time and money

The complex is quite but when you decide to move they will charge you with charges of moving fee utility fee things that’s included in your rent they will talk it deduct separately I moved last month the best decision I could’ve made this year it’s ridiculous how they come up with charges that shouldn’t be made but I’m hiring a lawyer so I can the rest of my money that has been deducted for the month of January I also paid to get my carpet stretched because they refuse to pay it and I was never reimbursed so a lawyer it will be I want what’s due to me no more no less the apartments are outdated needs new amenities and is roach infested I paid for my pest control and the manager still charged me for pest control that I haven’t seen in months the pool stay closed and it’s not enough of parking for visitors
