Servers are rude. No one, out of the 5 working there were friendly, not even a good morning greet. One was actually mopping behind the counter, as the others were too busy ignoring us.

Ordered a flat white with almond milk and mocha and they gave me a drink that tasted so sour, So I asked them if they could make a pumpkin spiced latte decaf and they said no, which other starbucks have done for me in the past. Anyway, I told them the drink tasted funny so they remade my flat white and it was literally all milk no coffee and a pump of chocolate. And were quite rude. This is the last time I will order from the mt vernon starbucks. Not to mention the lid on my 2nd coffee had a slit in it and if I hadn't seen it, it could have possibly cut my lip. Worst starbucks experience EVER! I should add that I purchase starbucks at least 5 days outta the week. If I could give them zero stars that's what I would've given them.
