I got a email saying my package was delivered to my parcel locker. It was NOT!!! I talked to my mail man. He said oh it was broken into! We never got notice about it. I check my mail every day! 24/7, So I don’t understand how it got broken into.

The carrier that works out of this annex whom is in charge of delivering to the Pegasus area is a lop. Refuses to get off his or her rear to deliver mail. Slaps on a yellow "cannot be delivered" sticker and refuses to do his or her job. The manager that oversees this annex is obviously not qualified.

As I leave the post office to wait at the train tracks to get back to work i am astonished by the representative at the front desk, Kyle D. And he saved my job! He explained to me and went above and beyond to my supervisors as well to explain what happened to the package. He tracked it down and got it in my hands in a matter of minutes! Thank you Kyle D! Consistently terrible delivery experiences (lost mail, lost packages, delayed delivery, mail placed in the wrong box, etc.) over the past couple years. Additionally, they never answer the telephone. Ever.

Call the local usps office and speak to a supervisor. depending your zip code area. And sorry about the carrier not leaving the parcel key
Because they suck at this post office I went there on Monday to get my mail they told me that my mail was not being held and then I went on Tuesday and they found my mail after I went and told them off now my mail shows up wasted my time
Dole ct does not sell money orders but the offices on minner and peagus do
